Terms of Service

This draft describes the planned VoxyLine service and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before production launch.

Platform role

VoxyLine provides payment software, merchant APIs, checkout orchestration, reporting, and related technology. VoxyLine is not a bank, card acquirer, or money transmitter and does not hold customer funds.

Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and use the platform only for lawful business purposes. Merchant activation remains subject to verification and provider approval.

Providers

Card processing is provided by Stripe. Planned P2P bank-transfer services may be provided by Dwolla. Provider terms, privacy notices, restrictions, and verification requirements also apply.

Availability and liability

Pre-launch and test features may change or be unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted operation.
