Refund / Return Policy

This draft describes the planned VoxyLine service and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before production launch.

Merchant policy controls

Each merchant sets and displays its own return eligibility, time limits, and conditions. Customers should contact the merchant first.

Approved refunds are submitted through the original payment method and remain subject to processor and card-network timing.

Original processing or shipping fees may be nonrefundable where allowed and disclosed by the merchant.

VoxyLine provides refund tooling but is not the seller and does not independently decide return eligibility.
