Marketplace / Seller Agreement

This draft describes the planned VoxyLine service and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before production launch.

Merchant responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for product descriptions, pricing, taxes, fulfillment, customer support, refunds, and compliance with applicable laws.

Payment services

VoxyLine supplies integration technology. Stripe processes card payments and settles funds under the merchant processing arrangement. VoxyLine does not take custody of settlement funds.

Restricted activity

Sellers may not offer unlawful, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, or provider-prohibited goods or services.

Reserves and enforcement

The processor may delay payouts, establish reserves, reject transactions, or terminate processing. VoxyLine may suspend technical access to protect the platform or comply with law.
