Data Processing & Security Terms

This draft describes the planned VoxyLine service and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before production launch.

Roles

Each merchant is responsible for its customer relationship and lawful data instructions. VoxyLine processes operational data to provide the contracted platform.

Safeguards

Controls include access restriction, encrypted transport, hashed API keys, signed webhooks, audit logging, and separation of provider secrets from merchant clients.

Payment data

Merchants must use provider-hosted payment collection and must never send raw card or bank credentials to VoxyLine.

Incidents and vendors

VoxyLine will investigate confirmed incidents and provide legally required notices. Subprocessors may be used for hosting, communications, security, and regulated payment processing.
