Privacy Policy

This draft describes the planned VoxyLine service and must be reviewed by qualified counsel before production launch.

What we collect

We collect account and business profile information, device and security logs, support communications, API activity, and payment status metadata.

What we do not store

VoxyLine is designed not to store full card numbers, card security codes, or customer online-banking credentials. Those details are handled by the applicable payment provider.

Uses and sharing

We use data to provide and secure the service, prevent fraud, meet legal obligations, and support merchants. We share necessary data with processors including Stripe and, for planned bank-transfer features, Dwolla.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable by contacting privacy@voxyline.com. Some records must be retained for security, legal, or transaction reconciliation purposes.
